What about warranty and acceptance documents?
Long warranty for main structures with branded hardware. We supply complete documents to support project acceptance.

Can you arrange DDP door-to-door delivery?
DDP door-to-door service is available. We can also recommend reliable freight forwarders.

What are your payment terms?
Standard: 40% deposit, balance before shipment. Payment against B/L copy is available for large orders & regular clients.

How long is the delivery lead time? Can production be expedited?
25-30 days for standard white & black colors. Lead time can be shortened to 15 days with material pre-order.

What is your minimum order quantity?
No strict MOQ. Order over 50㎡ is recommended. Extra fees apply for small orders and color adjustment.

Do you provide installation service?
We do not undertake full installation, but provide on-site guidance. Our products are easy to install, with rich experience in high-rise projects.

Can you provide on-site measurement service?
Yes. Client covers round-trip tickets, accommodation, meals and service fee of USD 200 per day.

Does the energy-saving performance meet the standards?
With thermal break aluminum and Low-E insulated glass, our products meet local energy-saving standards.

Which areas are hurricane-resistant windows applicable to?
